heyy! im 75 kilos … heyy! im 75 kilos and im aiming for 68, at least my BMI says tht this is how much i should weight in order to be healthy. Ive tried the French diet, Detox diet, loads of workout videos and i never eat any chocolate or crisps. and it has been like tht for 6 months. but sadly i never seem to reach my goal. the closest ive been to it was 71 kilos, but then suddenly i gained 3 kilos in 2 days. im not under any stress and i do dancing for 2 hrs each day. why cant i reach my goal?
