i don't understand … i don't understand how adding the clay will help? most bentonite is loaded to the gills with aluminum,can you explain?????

I also used epsom … I also used epsom salts for metal detox however I noticed I still couldnt feel my skin near as well as when I used bentonite clay internally and externally in a bath. It draws toxins and heavy metals from your body.
I bought my bentonite clay from a bulk herb store online.
the price was pretty good. it was under 5 dollars for a pound.
Another note I use about a half a cup of bentonite and epsom salts and a tablespoon of baking soda in the bath. all three draws out metals.
